Jesse Zotti
From an Italian bloodline, Jesse Zotti is a prime example of what happens when passion meets persistence in the world of electronic music. Growing up in Montreal, he found solace from the warmer indoors, surrounded by the sounds of his dad’s disco records. That exposure sparked a love. At just 16, Jesse’s first mixtape turned heads at a local DJ contest, kickstarting his journey.
That competition set the stage for his weekly residency at Redlite Afterhours. In 2014, the youngsters star ascended even higher as he played the main stage of “Bal En Blanc,” celebrating their 20th anniversary as North Americas biggest rave. Artistically, Zotti has spent countless hours in the studio with his production partner under the alias DAY BY DAY.
This propelled the duo to release their creations on esteemed labels such as Fryhide, Sudbeat, IAMHER, and Beat Boutique. The ascent to the top 100 Charts has been nothing short of remarkable.
This success graced them major festivals like Piknic Electronik, Igloofest and non-other than the world renown Cercle, which can be viewed via their socials. Today, Jesse is known for his long lasting residency at Montreal’s Stereo Afterhours, where he’s been a staple for over a decade. Sharing the stage with heavyweights like Solomun, Tale of Us, Adriatique, Dixon, Deep Dish, Sasha, Steve Lawler, Âme, Denis Horvat & David August has blown up his fan base. He has recently jointed Talentf1rst management, giving him the opportunity to travel the globe, under Steve Lawler’s Pendulum events. Jesse’s impact on the electronic music scene is undeniable.
